It is a great interview and one worth listening to.
We then review the latest installment of the Stone Cold Podcast as The Texas Rattlesnake had, as his guest, the one and only Shawn Michaels. HBK and Austin cover a wide range of topics including the Montreal Screwjob, the formation of The Kliq, and how Triple H has grown and matured over the years.
We then finish out our review of a pretty epic week in the WWE by reviewing the Smackdown that came our way on December 17, 2015. How would the new champ react to a new threat from Sheamus? What’s the latest with Becky Lynch and Charlotte? The Dean Ambrose vs Kevin Owens feud heats up a d what happened at the end of this week’s Dolph Ziggler vs KO match that leads one to believe that a third person may be staking his claim to the IC title.
From there, we gear up and go Back To The Front as we review the Monday Night War for September 18, 1995. Could WCW rebound from a very dreadful PPV? This edition of Nitro saw the first ever title change on Nitro…and you might be very surprised as to which tag team holds that distinction. Plus news about Mr. Wondeful Paul Orndorff and the Nature Boy Ric Flair in action against Brian Pillman. Raw, meanwhile, was gearing up for a PPV and the go-home edition of Raw was quite good featuring Razor Ramon taking oin the 1-2-3 Kid and Owen Hart and Yokozuna battling Men On A Mission in a titanic struggle…literally. Did WCW or WWE rule the roost on this day in history? We have our verdict for you here.
We close things off with a Hot Tag topic wherein we debate whether or not title reigns, nowadays, are too short or whether they are just right. In the wake of Sheamus’ three (3) week reign as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, the question and ensuing discussion is very current, yet very informative as well.
