For Episode 143 we do a little housekeeping as to some events that went down last week, review one of NXT’s California house shows, and introduce you Aggressionaholics to The Collective Being.

First up is a review of the October 25, 2016 edition of Smackdown Live. Is Randy Orton joining The Wyatt Family? It certainly looked that way after this episode of Smackdown Live. The Blue Brand began preparations for Survivor Series as Nikki Bella took on Natalaya with the winner being named captain of the Women’s Survivor Series team…and the loser being left off completely. The Hype Bros took on The Ascension for a spot of the Tag Team Survivor Series team. The Spirit Squad challenged Heath Slater and Rhyno for the Smackdown Live Tag Team Championship and Alexa Bliss had the last word in her confrontation with the returning Smackdown Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch. In the Main Event, Dean Ambrose took on AJ Styles and if Dean could win, he would be named the #1 contender to AJ’s WWE World Championship. James Ellsworth would, once again, play a major role in the outcome of an AJ Styles match. What went down? We have all the details for you on Episode 143.

On NXT, the first round of the Dusty Classic Tag Team Tournament wrapped up with two more matches. In the first one #DIY took on Ho Ho Lun and Tiang Bing while in the second match, Kota Ibushi and his new partner, TJ Perkins, took on Lince Dorado and Mustafa Ali. Which teams would advance to the Quarterfinals? We let you know on Episode 143. Aliyah took on Billie Kay while Noah Potjes tangled with Tye Dillinger. Asuka would find out her her opponent would be at NXT Takeover: Toronto…and William Regal pulled a surprise with this announcement. Who will try and be the first to defeat the Empress of Tomorrow in Toronto? We let you know on Episode 143.

Dave then recaps the NXT house show from Bakersfield, CA on October 29, 2016, an excellent show that featured matchups like Samoa Joe vs No Way Jose and Bobby Roode vs Shinsuke Nakamura, for the NXT Championship, in the Main Event.

We then move on to Dave’s interview with pro wrestler, Evren Orion, also known as The Collective Being. Dave and Evren discuss Evren’s pro wrestling career and delve into some great discussion about the paranormal. Evren’s character is unique in that he blends his real life experiences and talents involving the otherworldly into his pro wrestling career. In a fascinating hour long interview, you will learn a great deal about the talented, up and coming, and eclectic pro wrestler known as The Collective Being.
