Episode 113 is coming out a bit late. Unfortunately, Dave’s mini-vacation to Disneyland resulted in a delay of a few days for the release of this Episode. Who would have thought that the Happiest Place on Earth would have such lousy Wi-Fi! Still, the guys wanted to release this Episode, even though they are hard at work on Episode 114, because Episode 113 is one of their funniest endeavors yet. And if you have listened to this Podcast for any length of time, you know that is saying something.

We start off Episode 113 by reviewing the July 4th edition of Monday Night Raw. It got off to a bang with Rusev defending the United States Championship against Titus O’Neil. Could Titus bring the US Title back to an American on the Country’s 240th birthday? We got to see a Champion vs Champion match for the second straight week as Intercontinental Champ, The Miz took on WWE Champion, Dean Ambrose. Would the outcome be the same as it had been on Smackdown a week earlier? Things continued to get very strange between The Wyatt Family and the WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day. In the Man Event, Team USA took on a multi-national team of superstars for bragging rights in a 16 man Elimination Tag Team match. Could Team USA win one for Old Glory on the 4th of July? We let you know on Episode 113.

We then move on to NXT where Bayley took on Alexa Bliss and American Alpha looked to recapture the NXT Tag Team Titles in a best 2 of 3 Falls match vs The Revival. Could Bayley turn back the challenge of Alexa Bliss? Could American Alpha reclaim the NXT Tag Titles? We let you know on Episode 113.

We then take a look at the Cruiserweight Classic Bracketology special that came on the WWE Network. Thais was designed to familiarize people with some of these awesome competitors. WWE did a great job putting together profiles of prohibitive favorites such as TJ Perkins, Kota Ibushi, and others. They also profiled the big first round match between Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa, as well as catching up with WWE alumni, and CWC competitors, Tajiri and “The” Brian Kendrick. It was a great special and we bring you up to speed on all the CWC news before the tournament actually got underway.

It is then on to Smackdown where Brock Lesnar’s Summer Slam opponent was announced. Seth Rollins took on Jay Uso in a solid opening match. Zack Ryder took on Sheamus. The plot between The New Day and Wyatt Family grew thicker. And in the Main Event, Sami Zayn took on Chris Jericho. How did all this play out? Tune in to Episode 113 to find out.
