For Episode 119, we had the privilege of interviewing Indy Wrestler Big Zo. Zo has been plying his trade for many years and is now making a name for himself in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and elsewhere. In an hour long interview, Zo talks about a wide variety of topics including his involvement with The Greatest, Muhammad Ali, his career, his thoughts on the Indy scene, his thoughts on WWE, and he even drops a damn good promo on a few people including one Kevin Owens. Zo might sound like a gentle giant…right up until the time he Powerbombs the crap out of you. We really think you will enjoy this interview.

We then do some catch up work as we review NXT and the Cruiserweight Classic (CWC) from July 27, 2016. NXT was, in many ways, a reloading episode as it realigns itself after the Draft. Blake & Murphy decided to try and one up each other by challenging two of the very best Japan has to offer. Blake took on Shinsuke Nakamura while Murphy tangled with CWC standout, Kota Ibushi. How did the former tag champs fare in singles competition against two of the best in the world? Billie Kae and Santana Garrett tried to establish themselves in a wide open Women’s Division while TM-61 and No Way Jose were also in action. Additionally, William Regal announced who the NXT Champion, Samoa Joe, would be defending the title against at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II…and The Champ was not too happy about it. We have all the details for you on Episode 119.

We close things off by looking at the CWC’s third Episode. In action on this third installment was one of the Tournament favorites, Zack Sabre, Jr, as well as Drew Gulak, Anthony Bennett, Toney Neese, Tyson Dux, Raul Mendoza, Harv Shirra, and The Brian Kendrick. Who came out on top and advanced to the Sweet 16 and, more importantly, who was most impressive in doing so? The answers might surprise you. Tune in to Episode 119 to find out.
